    In contrast, my work as a holistic mental health guide takes a broader approach. I not only help you explore what’s not working in your life but also highlight what is going well. Together, we’ll develop the emotional skillset needed to transform challenges into opportunities for personal growth. By tapping into your unique gifts and strengths, we’ll work to build a life that aligns with your deepest desires.

    While I may explore past experiences to uncover the root of certain psychological symptoms, my primary focus is on leveraging the present moment to create new and empowering healing experiences.

    This approach emphasizes actionable steps, personal growth, and achieving balance across all aspects of your life—mind, body, soul, and relationships.

    • 50 JOD/70 dollars per session.

    • 320 JOD/450 dollars for 8 sessions package.

    I believe that holistic support should be available to everyone, so if you need any financial accommodations please reach out.

  • All 1:1 coaching sessions are conducted virtually, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your own space, no matter where you are.

    Group events, however, are held in person to foster a sense of community and shared experience.
